To View a Supplier's Aged Analysis
1. Select the suppliers required from the Suppliers window list box and click Aged.
The Aged Balances Date Defaults window appears.
2. Enter the dates you require then click OK.
3. The Aged Balances window appears showing for each supplier selected, one supplier per line, the total of any outstanding invoices grouped by age. The æageÆ period that is shown is determined by the Periods setting on the Supplier Default. It is either based on calendar months, or is based on a period of days that you specified, e.g. 30, 60 and 90 days.
Note: If you selected the Include Future Totals in Balance check box in the Supplier Defaults, all transactions that are dated in future months are included in the suppliersÆ balance report. If you deselected this check box, these transactions are included.
The total amount you owe all of the selected suppliers is also shown, grouped by age, in the Totals boxes at the bottom of the window. The ageing values vary depending on the program date set.
4. To see the individual transactions that make up a supplierÆs aged balances, select the supplier from the list and click Detailed.
The Detailed Aged Analysis window appears.
5. To exit and return to the Aged Balances window click Close.
6. To return to the Suppliers window, click Close.
